System Architecture and Communication
All control devices communicate with external systems via RS485 or Ethernet ports using the Modbus protocol.
Arken offers two monitoring options tailored to project needs:
SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)
Embedded SCADA Systems
SCADA software operates on a desktop computer and can be configured according to customer requirements.
Connections between the control panel and monitoring system are established via direct Ethernet cable or RS485 communication lines up to 1,250 meters.
In case of a fault or alarm, the system automatically notifies users via SMS or email alerts, ensuring quick response and minimal downtime.
